Founder, Fitness Professional

I started my studies in the medical field, but very quickly realized that it was not for me. The reason for that is that the healthcare is actually a SICK CARE, and spend more time treating people (which is needed don't get me wrong) than helping people live a HEALTHY LIFE.

The healthcare system is the absolute best entity to TREAT SYMPTOMS. Especially when it's about survival, but when it comes to chronic issues or lifestyle change something is missing.

I quit medical school because I wanted to create health BEFORE sickness arises.
So, I naturally gravitated towards the fitness industry. But I quickly realized once again, that something was missing.

The barrier of entry is very low. Which means that anybody could call themselves a certified coach" just by spending 2 days at a seminar and passing a 45 min exam.

I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the fact that I was taking care of A LOT of people in groups and had no idea how to help them when they had a specific issue (chronic pain, preexisting injury. diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and such).

I wanted to do better as a coach than just "working around the issue" or helping people "ease back into it".

Since then, I started a life changing course with ACTIVE LIFE. I became an Active Life Professional and I'm in continuous education. I now BRIDGE the gap between  fitness and healthcare.

We focus on the things we CAN control. Meaning, the process. The outcomes are going to be a side effect of the process, but we have to forget it a bit so we can move forward, celebrate the wins, and get you where you want to be.

I'm not sure what type of training program I need ... Is this right for me ?

Your best bet is to start with a 15 minute intro call so I can get a feel for where you are currently and what program might be best. Once I learn about your fitness goals, I can create a program that meets you where you are… no judgements, ever. Every program is 100% customized to each individual, including the type of equipment you have access to. Whether you are slinging soup cans during the pandemic, lifting weights in a big box gym, or looking for a personalized in-person experience – I will craft the perfect program to take you where you want to be!

Can I sign up if I have an injury or movement limitations?

Absolutely!
My specialty is working with people to get out of pain – whether from surgery, injury or something else. With my experience rehabilitating individuals after knee surgeries, hip replacements, back injuries and other challenges, I’ll help you reach your goals. Your program will be tailored to your limitations, doctor recommendations, or any other key parameters for movement.

do i have to pay extra for the truecoach app?

Access to TrueCoach is included in your monthly package and the app offers tons of great features that will help you make the most of your journey.

what style of programming do you offer?

Your programming is 100% custom to you, your needs, and your preferences.

I have experience with a range of modalities from functional fitness, to strength training, to breath work. Your programming will be carefully selected to ensure it’s what’s needed to move you toward your goals. It should also be fun, right? If you hate a certain movement, we can work around that. There are many paths to Rome, and I believe in making sure you get exactly what you need to meet your goals and enjoy the journey along the way.

what do you mean by mindset and resilience?

I have found that often times the things holding us back from achieving our fitness goals is between our ears.

Whether you are struggling with consistency, or maybe know you can push harder but can’t seem to get there, I will help you identify what’s holding you back. I will work with you to identify where you may be getting stuck and how to move through those challenges to get you closer to your goals. Your mental fitness is as important as your physical fitness to your performance goals.
